• Practicing Catholic
• Pastor reference letter testifying to active parish involvement
• Rich administrative experience in Catholic education including management, finance and development
• Earned advanced degree in relevant field
• Two professional letters of recommendation
• NJDOE Administrative or Supervisory certification preferred but not required
